Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor
I have found that moving from Windows Vista 32 bit OS to Windows 7 64 bit is done by using Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor.

Would be easy for someone with less computer skills.
I installed windows 7 the other day on a different partition so I got dual boot now with windows xp 64. It works without any problems and windows 7 is stable so far. |
