How do i take songs of my iPod or iPhone

I am looking for a software that can take music of my iPhone and iPod. I recently had to reformat my computer and lost my music.

Anyone know about any software that can help me do it?

Guys i bought new ipod last week and i need some good looking skin on it. Which website is really good in providing nice ipod skins ?
