Laptops are great for college and certain things, such as music production.
I really like desktops for gaming though. |

Laptops are mobile and take up much less space. Desktops are pretty tidy with there "unlimited power", but they are a lot bulkier. Also, it is much less difficult to steal the components out of a desktop vs. laptop.

I have both a Desktop and a Laptop. I find i use my Laptop much more often but i do miss the screen space. But when i do use my Desktop i find i miss the ability to move where ever i want to use it. Like riskyme said, they;ve got their +ve and -ve points.

Yes it is true, But still for the gaming purpose I would like to go with the desktop.... Coz I don't think that laptop's graphic cards are more reliable.. Previously I was using HP pavillion dv2000 laptop with 512MB of graphic card and had to get my motherboard changed twice because of overheating of graphic card...
