Default Problem with the network & sharing

I have a network of 6 PC at my office and all are shared with one network drive where the tally data in stored. But sometimes I encounter a problem while storing the data in that drive. The drive loose the network and all the system hangs hence results in data loss... Can anyone tell me what can be the problem?

Hello everyone,

I have got the solution for this... There was the problem with my print spooler service... If anyone of you have got this kd of proble with you then go to start, click run then type "services.msc". then find print spooler service and restart that service... The problem is solved...

If there is no more memory on your shared HardDrive why dont you get a Portable Hardirve there quite handy, There are cheap one's on Amazon and Ebay if you want one.

first of all you just check your All PC wire connection it is ok? you should have to use every license version software some times this problem may possible. I think you should have to do all the PC in the domain member.

Networking is used to connect more than one computer so we will easily work our area.There are two type of net working for example (LAN,MAN.).LAN is a local area network it's supported to small area like college.MAN is a metro area network is used to like city area.
