WIA and Twain drivers not installing
I am running Vista Ultimate 32-bit with 2.5 GB ram and 3.0 GHz processor. I am trying to install a scanner but the driver does not install. I don't get any error messages during the installation, but after it is complete, there are no scanners listed in Control Panel/Scanners & Cameras.
Someone suggested that there is an old scanner driver that may be preventing this one from installing or that WIA is not allowing this Twain driver to install. I know virtually nothing about this, can anyone help so I don't have to re-install Vista? |
